REGULATION UNDER THE TRANSPORT WORKERS ACT 1928-1929

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Waterside Workers Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1929, No. 62)
(
a ) a member of the Waterside Workers Federation of Australia.(
a ) a returned soldier or returned sailor as defined in regulation 2 of the Waterside Employment Regulations.“I hereby certify the above information is to the best of my knowledge and belief true and correct in every particular.”.
(
a ) by inserting, before the words “Dated this”, the words—“(
e ) a member of the Waterside Workers Federation of Australia.(
e ) returned soldier or returned sailor as defined in regulation 2 of the Waterside Employment Regulations.“I hereby certify the above information is to the best of my knowledge and belief true and correct in every particular.”; and
(
b ) by inserting in the margin the words—“(
e ) Strike out the words that do not apply.”.
