s1 2 s4 Water (Transitional) Regulation 2002 No. 65, 2002 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water (Transitional) Regulation 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 12 April 2002. 1 PART 2—AMENDMENT OF WATER RESOURCES (AREAS AND BOARDS) REGULATION 2000 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the WaterResources(AreasandBoards)Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 5 (Water supply areas with water boards) Schedule 5, item 75, ‘670.’— omit, insert— ‘670, as amended by the Pioneer Valley Water Supply Area and Water Board (Proposed Constitution) Amendment Notice (No. 01) 2002 published in the gazette on 15 March 2002 at pages 961 to 970.’. 1 Under section 1132(4) of the Act, this regulation expires 1 year after the commencement of the section.
