AN ACT to amend Part H of the Schedule to the Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Act,

1912.

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Water Supply, Short title.

Sewerage and Drainage Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Act, 1912 (Act No. 67 of 1912, as amended by Acts Nos. 11 of 1913, 4 of 1918 and 30 of 1925) hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
