Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2021

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2021.

2   Prescribed related entity of relevant infrastructure owner—Act, s 20

For section 20(1)(c)(ii) of the Act, an entity stated in schedule 1, column 1 is prescribed as a related entity of a relevant infrastructure owner stated opposite the entity in schedule 1, column 2.

3   Prescribed dams for submitting flood mitigation manuals and flood event reports—Act, s 371A

For section 371A(1) of the Act, each of the following dams is prescribed—

(a)North Pine Dam;

(b)Somerset Dam;

(c)Wivenhoe Dam.

4   Repeal

The Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011, SL No. 13 is repealed.

5   References to repealed regulation

A reference in a document to the repealed Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011 may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this regulation.
