Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Regulation 2011.

2   Prescribed dams for submitting flood mitigation manuals and flood event reports—Act, s 371A

For section 371A(1) of the Act, each of the following dams is prescribed—

(a)North Pine Dam;

(b)Somerset Dam;

(c)Wivenhoe Dam.

3   Prescribed CSG environmental authorities

The CSG environmental authorities prescribed for section 641 of the Act are mentioned in schedule 1.

4   Prescribed related entity of relevant infrastructure owner—Act, s 20

(1)For section 20(1)(c)(ii) of the Act, the entity stated in schedule 2, column 1 is a prescribed related entity.

(2)The relevant infrastructure owner for the prescribed related entity is stated opposite the prescribed entity in schedule 2, column 2.
