Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WaterSupply(SafetyandReliability) Regulation 2011. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Prescribed CSG environmental authorities) Section 3, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— schedule 1 4 Insertion of new s 4 After section 3— insert— 4 Prescribed related entity of relevant infrastructure owner—Act, s 20(1)(c) (1) For section 20(1)(c) of the Act, the entity stated in schedule 2, column 1 is a prescribed related entity. (2) The relevant infrastructure owner for the prescribed related entity is stated opposite the prescribed entity in schedule 2, column 2. 5 Renumbering of schedule (Prescribed CSG environmental authorities) Schedule— renumber as schedule 1 Page 2 2013 SL No. 215
