Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) (Amendment) Act 1991

An Act to amend the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) Act 1989

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) (Amendment) Act 1991.

Principal Act

2.  In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) Act 1989.1

Suspension of operation of Part VIIIA of Electricity and Water Act

3.  Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “28 February 1991” and substituting “31 August 1991”.
