Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) (Amendment) Act 1990

An Act to amend the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) Act 1989

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) (Amendment) Act 1990.

Principal Act

2.  In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Water Supply (Chemical Treatment) Act 1989.1

Suspension of operation of Part VIIIA of Electricity and Water Act

3.  Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “30 June 1990” and substituting “28 February 1991”.
