Regulations under the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act 2000

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Regulations 2002.

2Returns

For the purposes of section 19(2)(a) of the Act, 1 August in each year is prescribed.

3Date of payment of licence fee

For the purposes of section 19(2)(b) of the Act, 15 August in each year is prescribed.
