Water Services (Water Corporations Charges)
Amendment Regulations 2015
Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Water Services (Water Corporations
Charges) Amendment Regulations 2015.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.
3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Water Services (Water
Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014.
4. Regulation 10 amended
In regulation 10 delete “10%” and insert:
12.38%
5. Regulation 13 deleted
Delete regulation 13.

6. Regulation 15A inserted
After regulation 14 insert:
15A. Charge for payment using credit card
(1)
An invoice for a water service charge, or a portion of a water service charge, may include an additional charge for payments made using a credit card.
(2) The additional charge —
(a) is payable if the amount in the invoice is paid, in whole or in part, using a credit card; and (b) cannot exceed 0.481% of the amount paid.
7. Regulation 28 amended
In regulation 28(1) delete “12.6%” (each occurrence) and insert:
14.5%
8. Regulation 36 amended
In regulation 36(1)(b) delete “$104.08.” and insert:
$108.76.
9. Regulation 44 amended
In regulation 44(1)(b) delete “$216.68.” and insert:
$227.73.
