Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the deputy of the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

19 September 2014 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3345

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)     if gazettal day is before 1 October 2014 — on 1 October 2014; or

(ii)     if gazettal day is, or is after, 1 October 2014 — on the day after gazettal day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Water Services (Water
Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014.

4.            Schedule 8 amended

In Schedule 8:

(a)	delete items 1, 2 and 5;
(b)	after item 19 insert:
20A.	Southern Ports Authority established under the Port Authorities Act 1999 section 4.
