Water Services Coordination (Extension of Enactments) Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Water Services Coordination
(Extension of Enactments) Amendment Regulations 2005.

Note: The commencement of these regulations is governed by section 46 of

the Water Services Licensing Act 1995.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Water Services
Coordination (Extension of Enactments) Regulations 1997*.

3.             Regulation 1 amended

Regulation 1 is amended by deleting "Coordination- and

inserting instead —

" Licensing ".

4.            Regulation 4 amended

The Table to regulation 4(1) is amended by inserting before
"Preston Valley Irrigation Co-operative Limited" —

5. Schedule 2 amended
Schedule 2 Division 1 is amended as follows:

(a) "Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984"
by deleting "s. 41", "s. 41B", "s. 41E", "s. 41F",

under the heading "s. 41M";

(b) under the heading "Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914" by deleting "s. 42(2)".
