Water Services Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Water Services Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 November 2014.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Water Services Regulations 2013.

4.             Regulation 23 amended

(1)	In regulation 23(1) delete the passage that begins with “development,” and continues to the end of the subregulation and insert:
development.

(2)	After regulation 23(1) insert:
(2A)	If the licensee is the Busselton Water Corporation, the owner of the land is liable to pay the charge set out in the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 Schedule 2 item 10.
(2B)	If the licensee is the Water Corporation, the owner of the land is liable to pay the charges set out in the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 Schedule 7 item 1.

5.             Regulation 28 amended

In regulation 28(1):

(a)	in paragraph (b) delete “Corporation and the Bunbury Water”;
(b)	in paragraph (c) delete “Corporation.” and insert:

Corporation;

(c)	after paragraph (c) insert:
(d)

in relation to the Bunbury Water of a licence of the Bunbury Water Corporation.

6.             Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
