Water Services Amendment Regulations 2014

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	regulations 4, 6, 8 and 11 — on 1 July 2014;
(c)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after gazettal
day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Water Services Amendment
Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Water Services Regulations 2013.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1) In regulation 3(l) insert in alphabetical order:

working day means a day that is not a Saturday or a

Sunday or a public holiday throughout the State.

(2)	In regulation 3(1) in the definition of water supply connection delete "land." and insert:
land;

5.            Regulation 23 amended

(1) In regulation 23(1):

(a) in paragraphs (a) and (b) delete "2013" and insert:

(b) in paragraph (c) delete "2013 Schedule 3 item 1." and insert:

2014 Schedule 7 item 1.

(2) In regulation 23(3):

(a) in paragraphs (a) and (b) delete "2013" and insert:

6.            Regulation 25 amended

In regulation 25(4)(a) delete "failure; or" and insert:
