WATER RESTRICTION REGULATIONS.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Restriction Regulations, citation.

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears— Definitions.

" authorized person " means a person appointed by the Secretary to the Department of the Interior to be an authorized person for the purposes of these Regulations;

" garden " includes a shrubbery or other place in which plants, trees

or shrubs are grown;

" lawn " includes a grassed area;

" prohibited hours " means hours other than—

(a) the hours from six o'clock in the morning to ten o'clock

in the morning; and

(b) the hours from four o'clock in the afternoon to nine

o'clock in the afternoon.
