This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Order amended 2. This regulation amends the Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Order 1985 . ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Plan and description of works and of the land to be taken or acquired for the purpose of the works) 3. Section 5(2)(a), ‘Clause 8’— omit, insert— ‘section 9’. ˙ Amendment of s 9 (Right of Board to divert water from the Macintyre River) 4. Section 9, ‘clause 4’— omit, insert— ‘section 5’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Annual irrigation allocations to individual properties) 5. Schedule 1, ‘clause 8(iv)’— omit, insert— ‘section 9(d)’.
