This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Order 1985 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Plan and description of works and of the land to be taken or acquired for the purpose of the works) 3. Section 5(2)(b)— omit ‘ 7 ’, insert ‘ 10 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 9 (Right of Board to divert water from the Macintyre River) 4. Section 9(a)— omit ‘ 7 ’, insert ‘ 10 ’. ENDNOTES 1.
