2 Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Amendment (No. 1) No. 33, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended order 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 21 December 1985 at pages 2191 to 2195 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 3. First sentence— omit all of the words from ‘ WHEREAS by the provisions ’ to ‘ does hereby order as follows:— ’, insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Yambocully Water Board) Order 1985 . ’. ˙ Renumbering of ss.1–10 4.(1) Sections 1 to 10— renumber as 2 to 11 respectively. (2) All further references in this order to sections of the order are references to the sections as amended by subsection (1). ˙ Amendment of s.5 (Plan and description of works and of the land to be taken or acquired for the purpose of the works) 5.(1) Section 5(i), (ii) and (iii)— renumber as section 5(1), (2) and (3) respectively. (2) Section 5(2)(a)— omit ‘ 7 ’, insert ‘ 10 ’.

(2) Section 9(b)— omit ‘ (iii) ’, insert ‘ paragraph (c) ’. (3) Section 9(c)— omit ‘ (ii) ’, insert ‘ paragraph (b) ’. (4) Section 9(e)— renumber subparagraphs (a) and (b) as subparagraphs (i) and (ii) respectively. ˙ Replacement of s.10 (Charges by the Board) 7. Section 10— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Obligation to obtain licence not affected ‘10. This order does not affect the obligation of any person to obtain a licence under Part 4 of the Water Resources Act 1989 . ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Annual irrigation allocations to individual properties) 8.(1) Schedule 1 (column headed “Irrigation Allocation (megalitres)”)— omit ‘ 520 ’, insert ‘ 20 ’. (2) Schedule 1 (column headed “Irrigation Allocation (megalitres)”)— omit ‘ 650 ’ (where last occurring) , insert ‘ 1 150 ’.
