This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Tinaroo Falls Dam Catchment Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Order in council amended 2. This regulation amends the order in council gazetted on 1 September 1973 at page 61. ˙ Omission of words of notification 3. Words of notification 1 — omit . ˙ Renumbering of ss 1 and 2 4. Sections 1 and 2— renumber as sections 2 and 3. ˙ Insertion of new s 1 5. Before section 2 (as renumbered)— insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1.
