Water Resources (Surface Water Prescribed Area—Clare Valley) Regulations 1999

under the Water Resources Act 1997

1Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Water Resources (Surface Water Prescribed Area—Clare Valley) Regulations 1999.

2Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3Declaration of surface water prescribed area

The area bounded by the bold broken line in GRO Plan No 368/1996 is declared to be a surface water prescribed area.

4The establishment and prescribed periods

1. (1)

   The establishment period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 1 July 1992 and ended at the commencement of the prescribed period (11 March 1999).

2. (2)

   The prescribed period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 11 March 1999 and will end on 30 June 2000.
