1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Water Resources (Surface Water Prescribed Area—Barossa) Regulations 1998.
2—Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.
3—Declaration of surface water prescribed area
The area bounded by the bold broken line in G.R.O. plan No. 327 of 1992 is declared to be a surface water prescribed area.
4—The establishment and prescribed periods
(1)The establishment period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 5 December 1991 and ended at the commencement of the prescribed period (18 December 1997).
(2)The prescribed period in relation to the surface water prescribed area declared by regulation 3 commenced on 18 December 1997 and will end on 31 December 1999.

Revocation of regulations
The Water Resources (Surface Water Prescribed Area—Barossa) Regulations 1998 were revoked by Sch 1 cl 2 of the Water Resources (Barossa Prescribed Water Resources Area) Regulations 2005 on 19.5.2005.
