This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Sugar Mill Assessments) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the WaterResources(SugarMillAssessments) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Assessment on sugarcane or sugar—Act, s 175) 3.(1) Section 2, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Assessment on sugarcane or sugar—Act, s 175(3)(a) ’. (2) Section 2(2)(c), ‘28 February 1997’— omit, insert— ‘28 February 1998’. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Assessment by chief executive on sugarcane or sugar—Act, s 175) 4.(1) Section 3, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Assessment on sugarcane or sugar—Act, s 175(3)(b) ’. (2) Section 3(1)— omit, insert— ‘ 3.(1) The Pioneer Valley Water Board may make and levy an assessment in accordance with section 175 of the Act.’.
