This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Subartesian Localities) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Repeal of order 2. The orders in council made under the Act relating to the localities set out in Column 1 of Schedule 1, and published in the Gazette on the day or days set out opposite in Column 2, are repealed. ˙ Declaration of localities 3. The provisions of the WaterResourcesAct1989 relating to subartesian bores apply to the localities shown in the maps held by the department at Brisbane and copies of which are set out in Schedule 2. ˙ Subartesian water supplies for domestic purposes only 4. Division 2 of Part 4 of the Act applies to subartesian bores— (a) that are in the localities shown in the maps set out in Parts 1 and 4 of Schedule 2; and (b) the supply of water from which is used or required for use for domestic purposes only.
