This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Outstanding Water Charges) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Water Resources (Outstanding Water Charges) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.3 (Interest rate) 3. Section 3— omit ‘ 14.5% to 13% ’, insert ‘ 13% to 11.5% ’.
