2 Water Resources (Outstanding Water Charges) Amendment (No. 1) No. 19, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Outstanding Water Charges) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended order 2. The Outstanding Water Charges (Reduction of Interest Rate) Order 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1 (Short title) 3. Section 1— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Outstanding Water Charges) Order 1992 . ’. ˙ Amendment of s.3 (Interest Rate) 4. Section 3— omit ‘ 17 per centum per annum to 14.5 per centum per annum ’, insert ‘ 14.5 % to 13 % ’. ENDNOTES 1. Made by the Governor in Council on 4 February 1993. 2.
