s1 2 s6 Water Resources (North Burdekin Water Area) No. 368, 1998 Amendment (No. 1) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (North Burdekin Water Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Instrument amended 2. This regulation amends the order in council in force under the Act and gazetted on 15 May 1965 at pages 343 to 344. ˙ Omission of words of notification 3. Words of notification 1 — omit. ˙ Omission of s 3 (Description of the boundaries of the area) 4. Section 3— omit . ˙ Renumbering of ss 1 and 2 5. Sections 1 and 2— renumber as sections 2 and 3. ˙ Insertion of new s 1 6. Before section 2 (as renumbered)— insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1.
