This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Mt Isa Water Board) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Instrument amended 2. This regulation amends the instrument in force under the Act and made as an order in council and gazetted on 24 March 1973 at pages 1378–80, as subsequently amended. ˙ Omission of words of notification 3. Words of notification 1 — omit . ˙ Insertion of new s 1A 4. Before the heading before section 1— insert — ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1A. This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Mt Isa Water Board) Regulation 1973 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 12 5.
