2 Water Resources (Merlwood Water Board Extension) No. 54, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Merlwood Water Board Extension) Order 1993 . ˙ Increase of water allocation 2. The nominal annual allocation of water that the Merlwood Water Board is authorised to divert from Barambah Creek, in accordance with the grant contained in the order in council published in the Gazette on 29 June 1991 at pages 1178–9, is increased from 80 ML to 182.5 ML. ˙ Proposals 3. For the purposes of section 9.3(6) of the Act, details of the proposals approved by the Governor in Council for the purposes of this order are set out in the Schedule.

3 Water Resources (Merlwood Water Board Extension) No. 54, 1993 ¡ SCHEDULE PROPOSALS section 2 The Commissioner of Water Resources in pursuance of the provisions of the Water Resources Act 1989 , hereby notifies that it is proposed to increase the nominal annual allocation that the Merlwood Water Board is authorised to divert from Barambah Creek from 80 ML to 182.5 ML.
