2 Water Resources (Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area) Amendment (No. 1) No. 429, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 25 July 1952 at pages 1885 to 7 is amended as set out in this order. ˙ Replacement of first sentence 3. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ WHEREAS ’, to and including ‘ “Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area.” ’, insert— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area) Order 1952 . ˙ ‘Irrigation area ‘2.(1) The land contained within the boundaries delineated on the map contained in the Schedule is constituted as an irrigation area in relation to the Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Undertaking. ‘(2) The irrigation area is named the Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area. ˙ ‘Location of map ‘3. A map showing the boundaries of the Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area is available for inspection at the Department of Primary Industries at Mareeba. ’.

3 Water Resources (Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area) Amendment (No. 1) No. 429, 1992 ˙ Alteration of boundaries 4. The boundaries of the Mareeba-Dimbulah Irrigation Area are altered by including in the Area the land contained in the area shown as an insert to the map contained in the Schedule.
