This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Glamorgan Vale Water Supply Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “order in council” means the order in council gazetted on 23 September 1967 at pages 234–7. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ORDER IN COUNCIL ˙ Order amended 3. This regulation amends the order in council. ˙ Omission of words of notification 4. Words of notification 1 — omit . ˙ Omission of ss 3–6 and 8 5. In this order— “Area” means the Glamorgan Vale Water Supply Area established under section 3. “Board” means the Glamorgan Vale Water Board established under section 3. “plan” means plan number A1–102565 held by the department. 2 ’. ˙ Insertion of part heading 8. Proposals for the Glamorgan Vale Water Supply Area approved under the Act, section 9.3(4A) are contained in the Glamorgan Vale Water Supply Area Amendment Notification (No. 1) 1994 , a copy of which is in the schedule. 3 The Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 14 applies the Acts Interpretation Act1954, section 20A to statutory instruments.

The following orders in council are repealed— • order gazetted on 8 June 1968 at pages 760–2 • order gazetted on 13 December 1969 at pages 1554–6 • order gazetted on 6 February 1971 at pages 412–14 • order gazetted on 26 September 1981 at pages 364–5. ˙ Expiry 17. This regulation expires on the day it commences.
