2 Water Resources (Eton Irrigation Area) Amendment (No. 1) No. 428, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Eton Irrigation Area) Amendment Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended order 2. The order in council published in the Gazette on 3 May 1975 at pages 80 to 81 is amended as set out in this order in council. ˙ Amendment of first sentence 3. First sentence— omit all words from and including ‘ in pursuance of ’ to and including ‘ declare as follows:— ’, insert— ‘ under the Irrigation Act 1922 , makes the following order in council— ˙ ‘Short title ‘1. This order in council may be cited as the Water Resources (Eton Irrigation Area) Order 1975 . ’. ˙ Amendment of provision 1 4. Provision 1— insert (as a heading)— ‘Eton Irrigation Area’. ˙ Amendment of provision 2 5. Provision 2— insert (as a heading)— ‘Constitution of areas’.

3 Water Resources (Eton Irrigation Area) Amendment (No. 1) No. 428, 1992 ˙ Insertion of new s.4 6. After provision 3— insert— ˙ ‘Location of map ‘4. A map showing the boundaries of the Eton Irrigation Area is available for inspection at the Department of Primary Industries at Brisbane. ’. ˙ Alteration of boundaries 7. The boundaries of the Eton Irrigation Area are altered by— (a) including in the Area the land contained in the areas numbered A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I; and (b) excluding from the Area the land contained in the area numbered J; on the map contained in the Schedule. ˙ Repeal of provision 3 8. Provision 3— omit. ˙ Renumbering of provisions 1 and 2 9. Provisions 1 and 2— renumber as sections 2 and 3 respectively.
