This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Drainage Areas) Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF PARTICULAR ORDERS IN COUNCIL IN FORCE UNDER THE ACT Division 1—Order in Council gazetted on 21 June 1986 ˙ Instrument amended in div 1 2. This division amends the order in council in force under the Act and gazetted on 21 June 1986 at pages 1465 to 1468. ˙ Omission of words of notification 3. Words of notification 1 — omit . ˙ Omission of s 3 (Description of the boundaries of the area) 4. Section 3— omit . 1 See Reprints Act 1992 , section 42A.

Before section 2, as renumbered— insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Orchard Creek Drainage Area) Regulation 1986 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Constitution of area and board) 7. Section 2, as renumbered, from ‘Those parts’ to ‘Second Schedule hereto, are’— omit, insert— ‘The part of Queensland shown on plan AP 4054 2 is’. (2) Section 4— insert— ‘ (5) The board proposes to acquire the works mentioned in section 7 of the East Euramo Drainage Area and Board (Alteration of Boundaries) Notice (No. 1) 1996 , published in the gazette on 28 June 1996 at pages 1139 to 1142.’.
