This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Coreen Water Supply Area) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “order in council” means the instrument gazetted on 4 September 1965 at pages 30–32. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ORDER IN COUNCIL ˙ Order amended 3. This regulation amends the order in council. ˙ Omission of words of notification 4. Words of notification 1 — omit . ˙ Omission of ss 3–6 and 8 5. Sections 3 to 6 and 8— omit . 1 See Reprints Act 1992 , section 42A.

This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Coreen Water Supply Area) Regulation 1965. 2 ˙ ‘ Definitions ‘ 2. In this regulation— “Area” means the Coreen Water Supply Area established under section 3. “Board” means the Coreen Water Board established under section 3. “plan” means plan number A4–102566 held by the department. 3 ’. ˙ Insertion of part heading 8. Before section 3 (as renumbered)— insert — ‘ PART 2—WATER SUPPLY AREA ’. 2 Under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 20C(3), the order in council is taken to be a regulation. 3 A copy of the plan may be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Primary Industries, Water Resources, 41 George Street, Brisbane, or 48 Callide Street, Biloela.

Details of the proposal to change the Area boundaries are contained in the Coreen Water Supply Area (Alteration of Boundary) Notification (No. 1) 1994 , a copy of which is in the schedule. 4 The Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 14 applies the Acts Interpretation Act1954, section 20A to statutory instruments.
