s1 2 s5 Water Resources (Areas and Boards) Amendment No. 124, 2001 Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Areas and Boards) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WaterResources(AreasandBoards)Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 13 (Nominations) Section 13(1), from ‘qualified’— omit, insert— ‘persons eligible for election to the board.’. 4 Amendment of s 14 (When ballot must be held) Section 14(1), from ‘number to be elected’— omit, insert— ‘number to be elected, the returning officer must declare the candidates elected.’. 5 Amendment of sch 5 (Water supply areas with water boards) (1) Schedule 5, section 19, ‘plan AP 4020’— omit, insert— ‘plan AP 6940’. (2) Schedule 5, section 52, ‘plan AP 4031’— omit, insert— ‘plan AP 7342’. (3) Schedule 5, section 65, fifth and sixth dot points— omit, insert—
