s1 2 s5 Water Resources (Areas and Boards) Amendment No. 124, 2001 Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Areas and Boards) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the WaterResources(AreasandBoards)Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 13 (Nominations) Section 13(1), from ‘qualified’— omit, insert— ‘persons eligible for election to the board.’. 4 Amendment of s 14 (When ballot must be held) Section 14(1), from ‘number to be elected’— omit, insert— ‘number to be elected, the returning officer must declare the candidates elected.’. 5 Amendment of sch 5 (Water supply areas with water boards) (1) Schedule 5, section 19, ‘plan AP 4020’— omit, insert— ‘plan AP 6940’.
