This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources (Areas and Boards) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the WaterResources(AreasandBoards)Regulation 2000 . ˙ Amendment of s 8 (Constitution of water supply areas and establishment of water supply boards—Act, s 129) 3. Section 8— insert— ‘ (5) The water authority’s category is stated in the division.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 5, div 33 4. Schedule 5, after section 96— insert— ‘ Division 33—Lethebrook Water Supply Area ˙ ‘ Name and plan for area ‘ 97. Lethebrook Water Supply Area shown on plan AP 6510. ˙ ‘ Name and composition of board ‘ 98. Lethebrook Water Board consisting of— • 1 director nominated by the Proserpine District Canegrowers Executive • 1 director nominated by the chief executive • 3 directors elected by the ratepayers for the area.
