s1 2 s4 Water Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 38, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Water Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Water Resources Regulation 1999. 3 Insertion of new pt 3 After part 3A— insert — ‘PART 3—SPECIAL WORKS ‘4 Approval of agreement—Act, s 101 ‘ (1) The special works agreement is approved. ‘ (2) The special works agreement may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours, at the Toowoomba office 1 of the department. ‘ (3) In this section— “special works agreement” means the agreement called the ‘Special Works Agreement Part 7 WaterResources Act1989’, made on the 18 December 2001 between the State of Queensland, through the Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, and the Toowoomba City Council.’. 4 Amendment of pt 3A (Water allocation) (1) Part 3A— renumber as part 2. (2) Sections 15A and 15B— renumber as sections 2 and 3. 1 The Toowoomba office is located at 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba.
