1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Water Resource (Whitsunday) Plan (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2020.

2   Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 54 and 56

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Resource (Whitsunday) Plan 2010, as postponed under section 54 of the Act, is 1 December 2025.

3   Expiry

This notice expires on 2 December 2025.
