Water Resource (Pioneer Valley) Plan (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Water Resource (Pioneer Valley) Plan (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2014 . 2 Postponement of expiration of plan The new expiry date under section 52B(8) of the Act for the Water Resource (Pioneer Valley) Plan 2002 is 19 December 2022. 3 Expiry This notice expires on 20 December 2022.
