Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Water Rates Ordinance 1959

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Water Rates (Amendment)

Ordinance (No. 4) 1982..'

Rates—one residential unit, house with flat and schools, &c.

2. Section 6 of the Water Rates Ordinance 19592 is amended by adding at

the end thereof the following sub-section:

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

"(5) In this section, 'school' means a school that is registered or provisionally registered under the Education Ordinance 1937 and includes a playground belonging to, or used in connection with, such a school.".
