An Ordinance to amend the Water Rates Ordinance 1959

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Water Rates (Amendment)

Ordinance (No. 2) 1982.1

sub-section (1) "$15" and substituting "$25".

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Water Rates

Ordinance 1959.2

Additional meter readings

3. Section 18 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from

paragraph (b) "$7.00" and substituting "$ 10".

Testing of meters

4. Section 21 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from
