Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

WATER RATES ( A M E N D M E N T ) O R D I N A N C E (No. 2) 1980

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Water Rates (Amendment)

Ordinance (No. 2) 1980.1

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Water Rates

Ordinance	1959. 2

3. Section 21 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from sub­

section (1 ) " $ 10" and substituting "$ 15".
