| (a) | in relation to a parcel of land to which water is supplied | |
th rough a meter , no t being a parcel of land on which a bui lding conta in ing residential flats is erected, in the first mete r read ing year tha t commenced or commences on or after the first day of July, O n e thousand nine hundred and seventy-three, and in subsequent meter reading years ; and
(i) a parcel of land on which a building containing
residential flats is erected to which wate r is supplied
from a system of works ; and |
(ii) a parcel of land to which water is supplied from
a system of works otherwise than th rough a meter ,
in the rat ing year that commenced on the first day of July, O n e thousand nine hundred and seventy-three, and in sub

( 3 ) A n expression in this section tha t is defined in the Pr inc ipa l O r d i n a n c e as amended by this Ord inance has the same mean ing for the purposes of this section as it has in the Pr incipal Ord inance as so amended .
