An Ordinance to amend the Water Rates Ordinance

1959-1967.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Water Rates

Ordinance 1969.*

(2.) The Water Rates Ordinance 1959-1967,f as amended by this

Ordinance, may be cited as the Water Rates Ordinance 1959-1969.

2. Sections 23 and 28 of the Water Rates Ordinance 1959-1967

are repealed.
