An Ordinance to amend the Water Pollution Ordinance 1984
Short title
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Water Pollution (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1
Principal Ordinance
2. In this Ordinance, “Principal Ordinance” means the Water Pollution Ordinance 1984.2
Interpretation
3. Section 5 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from subsection (1) the definitions of “Committee”, “House of Assembly” and “member”.
Repeal of Part III
4. Part III of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.
