1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Water Plan (Mary Basin) (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2021.

2   Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 55 and 56

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Mary Basin) 2006, as postponed under section 55 of the Act, is 28 May 2024.

3   Expiry

This notice expires on 29 May 2024.
