1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Water Plan (Fitzroy Basin) (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2022.

2   Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 55 and 56

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Fitzroy Basin) 2011, as postponed under section 55 of the Act, is 30 August 2025.

3   Expiry

This notice expires on 31 August 2025.
