1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Water Plan (Calliope River Basin) (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2025.

2   Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 55 and 56

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Calliope River Basin) 2006, as postponed under section 55 of the Act, is 30 June 2028.

3   Expiry

This notice expires on 1 July 2028.
