1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Water Plan (Baffle Creek Basin) (Postponement of Expiry) Notice 2019.

2   Postponement of expiry of plan—Act, ss 54 and 56

For section 56(1) of the Act, the new expiry date for the Water Plan (Baffle Creek Basin) 2010, as postponed under section 54 of the Act, is 1 September 2030.

3   Expiry of notice

This notice expires on 2 September 2030.
