Regulation under the Water Act 1912.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Water (Part 8—General) Regulation 1995 consequent on the
repeal of Part 8 of the Water Act 1912 on 21 September 2015.
This Regulation is made under section 185 of the Water Act 1912.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Water (Part 8—General) Repeal Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 21 September 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Repeal of Water (Part 8—General) Regulation 1995

The Water (Part 8—General) Regulation 1995 is repealed.
