Water Management (Well Works Permit Exemption) Order 2009

I make the following order under section 135H(1) of the Water Management Act 1999 .20 January 2009

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Water Management (Well Works Permit Exemption) Order 2009 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which the provisions of the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2008 commence. 3InterpretationThe Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were regulations within the meaning of that Act. 4ExemptionIt is declared that, until 1 September 2009, a well works permit is not required for any class of well works.
